The house was charming and well-decorated, but the
Cleanliness left a bit to be desired. While the bed was comfortable and the decor was lovely, some areas felt dusty. The breakfast was delicious, and the walking distance to attractions was a major plus.

The ac was very quiet as was the location. It was a nice old house. The breakfast was good (included a nice fruit cup and tasty homemade muffins) and the coffee was excellent. However, I was a little nauseous later in the day. It may have been the oj as it didn't taste too good.
We were greeted with an envelope taped to the door with our keys inside. This was around 3pm on a Friday. We did not see the hotel proprietor until breakfast the next morning and her interaction lacked the warmth that we have grown accustomed to from b&b owners in our many previous b&b stays. The bed and pillow comfort was not to my liking.

The hotel is a stylish one, it offers savoury breakfasts and perfect location to Fallsview casino. Great service, they provide a free parking and free Wi-Fi. A nice touch is also the cold beverages in the coffee bar. Thank you for a very special stay.

Dust on tchotchkes not appealing!!! Lack of great dining choices nearby makes it less convenient!!! Walking back from attractions isn't easy without a vehicle!!!

Our grand king suite with climate control, a stone fireplace and an iron was fantastic. Great and decent location ready to go out again in the evening to enjoy the casinos in the area was a plus. Cafe Tim Hortons was 300 metres away from the place.

This place was an excellent fit for a short stayover in Niagara Falls with good value considering the price charged. The owner, Dave, was very attentive and made you feel right at home. Be sure to check the breakfast options beforehand to avoid surprises.

charming stay with room for improvement
The home is beautiful with a fine design. The King Suite continued to impress with its private jacuzzi tub and sun room. The view of the city from the sun room was good.
The comfort of the bed left something to be desired, hindering restful nights.

We had a great stay in this B&B, the room was very beautyful and we had here the best breakfast during our 14 day tour in USA/Canada.

We loved the antique decorations and the tower in our bathroom. A ceiling fan/light hung from the inside of the 2-story turret. It was very romantic over the large jetted tub. The tower room also had a glassed/screened porch, perfect for reading and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent and David, one of the owners, was very helpful with restaurants and other attractions in and around Niagara Falls, Ontario.
There was nothing adverse, other than the walk back from the falls, it is uphill all the way, but doable!

Our stay was perfect for celebrating our anniversary. The room was clean and beautifully decorated with antiques, and we especially loved the jacuzzi tub for some relaxation. Breakfast was good and gave us a chance to chat with other guests. It's also conveniently located for easy access to the falls.

The B&B inn is a Queen Anne style home, furninshed with antiques throughout the entire house. Everything is very well organized, stylized, neat and clean. The breakfast portion was well controlled, prepared and was of high quality food - gourmet. The staff was very polite, informed and available for any needs. The location of the inn was very close to the city's attractions. Very good for the money.

Unusual querky interior decor (see photos) makes it much more interesting than the usual hotel. Comfortable and reasonable breakfast make it good value. We were upgraded to the top floor suite which is very spacious and interesting.
narrow stairs wouldn't suit someone with limited mobility. a 15-20 min walk from Niagara falls.
